About Us

We offer you a meaningful summer job where you have great opportunities to make a difference for others. We are looking for someone who is engaged and curious in their work and has a strong sense of responsibility. You should be attentive and interested in our clients and have a desire to help others.

With us, you can work in elderly care or within LSS with individuals with disabilities.

Job Responsibilities

In your daily work, you are part of our clients' everyday lives and work to support them so they can live as independently and actively as possible. Our clients have different needs for support in their daily lives.

Your workday may consist of helping with:

• Care
• Meals
• Activities
• Personal hygiene
• Cleaning
• Laundry
• Shopping

Elderly Care - Housing for the Elderly and Home Care

In housing for elderly people, you work with care and supervision in the form of personal hygiene, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and activities.

In home care, you take care of people in their homes, where you help with cooking, dressing, shopping, and personal hygiene. You work independently and get around by bike or, in some cases, by car.

We also have some positions in care and support services, hostess services, and day activities for individuals with cognitive impairments. We are also responsible for younger home care where clients are under 65 years old.

LSS for Individuals with Disabilities

Here you work with individuals with disabilities of all ages. You can work with adults in group homes or service housing and daily activities, or with children, youth, and young adults in leisure and short-term activities.

Here you provide support in the client's daily life with, for example, cooking, cleaning, and medication management as well as leisure and cultural activities, among other things. You also support with hygiene situations and care depending on the client's need for support.

Working Hours

• Shifts occur during morning, day, evening, and/or night.
• You are expected to work weekends in most of our operations.
• The summer period runs from week 22-35, but we also need substitutes before and after the summer.
• We would like you to be able to work at least 6 - 8 consecutive weeks during the summer period.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years or older.
• It is good if you have completed the health and care program or child and leisure studies, but it is not a requirement.
• If you have experience working in a nursing home, in home care, or LSS, it is a plus.
• You must master the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
• You also need to have good computer skills.
• You have experience with cycling and want to bike; in some areas, a B driver's license is also required.
